The Captain

Captain Bill Reddan is a man of many titles: Ship Captain, Marine Corps (MGYSGT (E9)) Master Gunnery Sergeant, Naval Aviation Water Survival Instructor, retired training officer of the NYC Police Scuba Team, Master Instructor 35 years and holder of several titles in competitive water sports. He is currently serving as President of the Eastern Dive Boat Association.
